Matthew Bowick

I bring a civil engineering background and more than 15 years of construction-sector LCA experience to questions about buildings, infrastructure and products.

My career began in structural engineering before moving into life cycle assessment consulting, research and education. That foundation connects detailed analytical work with the realities of construction, material quantities and building design.

Alongside Bowick Consulting Ltd., I serve as a Senior Research Associate with the Athena Sustainable Materials Institute. My work has also included LCA working groups, technical committees, research initiatives and critical review.
